The Tanzania UK Roadshow will take place across three cities in November 2026.​ To keep it fresh, we've included some exciting new brands and properties - including some you may not have come across before (but will be glad when you do!)​

 

We are inviting business owners; decision makers; product managers and senior sales people from tour operators to join us in their region.

​

Meetings are held on a 15-minute, round-round basis, meaning everyone gets to meet everyone. Because of that, be prepared for some pleasant surprises along the way!​

EXHIBITOR INFO​​​

  • Participation in Roadshow (one delegate per company) for each event across the three venues.

  • Individual table supplied with a name badge and table top branding (no need to bring your own branding)

  • 3 high quality event venues in locations with a high density of target UK operators.

  • Exhibitors meet with every attending UK Africa Specialist tour operators at each venue. 

  • This is on a round robin basis, with meetings lasting 20 minutes each.

  • A guaranteed 26 appointments, up to a maximum of 34.

  • If you have morning meetings, you have that afternoon free: If you have afternoon meetings you have that morning free. In London, you will be required both AM and PM.

  • Inclusion in all marketing materials including Buyers Handbook, website and PR campaign.

  • Exhibitors pack which provides comprehensive details, but all you have to do is get to the start point and we arrange everything from there!

  • Buffet lunches at each venue (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

  • Any additional accommodation requests must be booked and settled individually.​

EXHIBITOR COSTS

  • Participation in three events across three venues

  • 48 meetings with UK tour operators x 15 mins each, on a robin-round basis

  • Inclusion in all event marketing (website, emailers, buyers booklet etc)

  • Table-top branding per exhibitor at the event

DAY EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

Cost £1,750 includes all of the above.

​

FULL EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

Cost £2,600 includes the above, plus :

  • Accommodation (on a non-sharing basis) 5 nights at 4* properties from Sunday to Thursday

  • Breakfast & Lunch : Monday to Friday (B), Monday, Wednesday, Friday (L)

  • Dinners : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, including wine on tables

  • Luxury coach transport from first venue (Brighton) through to the last (London).​​​

Deposit payments required by 31st March 2026.

Timings

  • Full day - we've created a full-day of meetings for you with some of Tanzania finest accommodation owners.

  • Arrival time - please get to the venues by 09h15 in time for registration and a quick coffee or tea.

  • Refreshment breaks - we've built in two coffee breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon. If you need anything in the meantime, soomeone will be on hand to get you some refreshments.

  • A buffet lunch will be served at 13h00.

  • Formal Meetings will finish at 17h30

  • Sundowners will follow straight after.

  • An informal sit-down meal follows (with no prersentations). Please advise by 17th October if you plan to attend.

Format

  • You will meet with all exhibitors in pre-arranged 15 minute meetings in a round-robin system. 

  • Due to high numbers of buyers attending, you may have been partnered up with a fellow travel professional to share your sessions.  

  • We provide pens, notebooks (containing all contact details) and name badges. So all you need bring is a willingness to hear new ideas and plenty of enthusiasm​
