EXHIBITOR INFO / Full package includes :

• Participation in Roadshow for each event across the three venues.

• Meet with every attending UK Africa Specialist tour operator at each venue. 

• This is on a round robin basis, with meetings lasting 15-20 minutes each.

• Individual table with name badge and table top branding.

• A guaranteed 26 appointments, up to a maximum of 40.

• 3 high quality event venues.

• 3 nights at 4* hotel accommodation (on a non-sharing basis).

• Luxury coach transport from first venue (Brighton) through to the last (London).

• Breakfast & Lunch : Monday (lunch) to Thursday inclusive

• Dinners : Monday to Wednesday inclusive, including wine on tables

• Inclusion in all marketing materials including Buyers Handbook, website and PR campaign.

• Exhibitors pack which provides comprehensive details, but all you have to do is get to the start point and we arrange everything from there!

SCHEDULE

​

• Arrive Brighton on Monday 10th AM ahead of the Brighton Roadshow (14h00-17h40)

• Tuesday 11th, travel from Brighton to Cirencester, free in the afternoon

• Wednesday 12th, Cirencester Roadshow AM (10h00-14h20). 

• Then travel from Cirencester to London.

• Thursday 13th, London Roadshow (full day 10h00 - 16h15)
