Lake Natron Camp has welcomed zoologist and wildlife photographer Tobin Sparling on to their team.

Tobin's passion is exploring Tanzania's unique environments and his work is providing invaluable insights and is shaping a training approach tailored to these habitats.

This hands-on, location-specific training promises to deepen guides' understanding and appreciation of Tanzania's natural wonders. Beyond traditional methods, they are pioneering the use of Tobin's newly created training videos that capture key elements of the environment, serving as a inspiring dynamic resource for both their current guides and for those in the future.

This visual approach offers a fresh perspective and ensures consistent, high-quality knowledge transfer. In addition, he is working with guides on the art of storytelling, to create engaging and memorable experiences for tourists. This holistic approach promises to enrich the visitor experience and foster a deeper connection with Tanzania's natural and cultural heritage.
