Join us on a FAM trip taking in the highlights of northern Tanzania, so you can gain firsthand knowledge and come back armed with all the knowledge you need to sell this East African destination with confidence.
Our Educational trips are designed to show-case a variety of camps and lodges throughout the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire eco-systems, while enjoying prime game viewing in each park.
We will set up several ‘inspections’ during your safari, to give you a good overview of the type of accommodation available to your clients.
Should you join this safari, we will credit your Company USD150 per client on any future Tanzania (north) bookings – offering up to USD450 total discount against your Educational cost, (three guests) as a thank you for your support!
Itinerary in Brief:
Day 1 – 09 November
Airport transfer from Kilimanjaro as needed.
Arrive Arusha / overnight at Arusha Coffee Lodge B&B
Day 2 – 10 November
From Arusha, drive to Tarangire for two nights, full board and game drives included.
Overnight at Lolkisale Camp.
Day 3 – 11 November
Tarangire / lodge & camp inspections / game drives. Overnight Lolkisale.
Day 4 – 12 November
Ngorongoro Crater. Crater visit / overnight Osonjoi on the crater rim / full board
Day 5 – 13 November
Drive to Serengeti. Overnight Serengeti Wilderness Camp (Nyabogati area) / full board
Day 6 – 14 November
Serengeti Wilderness Camp. Camp and lodge inspections.
Optional balloon safari
Day 7 – 15 November
Serengeti Wilderness Camp. Camp and lodge inspections
Day 8 – 16 November
Fly Serengeti to Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport.

PRICE AND INCLUSIONS
Safari cost per person USD 1560 including flight from Sero-Kilimanjaro
Plus park fees/camp fees/concession fees of USD 875
TOTAL USD 2435 per person sharing
USD 55 single room supplement
Minimum THREE agents to offer at above rate.
DEPOSIT OF USD 490 required to confirm attendance.
We appreciate the destination is expensive, so would like to offer a ‘post-educational’ discount as set out below.
Discount on future bookings:
Your Company may claim USD 150 per person discount, off their next NEW bookings with Wild Frontiers Tanzania. Maximum three (value USD 450 total) for guests travelling between 1 December 2025 and 30 November 2026.

About your safari
Your private tailor-made safari is designed just for you, making your journey
with us fairly flexible. Our guides look forward to sharing their knowledge and
passion for their beautiful country with you, so please feel free to discuss each
day with them before setting off. They’ll do their best to break the drives
between game parks with visits to local villages or places of historical/ cultural
interest, ensuring your transfers are far from boring.
Days in the parks are spent offering you the best possible game-viewing
opportunities. Let your guide know how you want to spend your time -
whether that means popping back to camp for lunch and a siesta between an
early morning and late afternoon drive, or enjoying an extended full day drive
with a picnic lunch.
Your private safari includes:
All vehicle/ guide park entry and game drive fees.
Our spacious 4x4 safari vehicles are custom-built with the focus on comfort, space and 360 degree game viewing visibility. They offer large windows (with every guest having a window seat), fridge/cooler box for drinks and inverters for charging camera/ cell-phone batteries.
Our game viewing hatches are designed to allow avid photographers to support their heavy lenses, with bean bags for extra stability.
Drinking water is provided in the vehicle.
