Maureen Okore is Serena’s new Regional Marketing Director, who joined Serena Hotels in July, taking the reins from tourism stalwart Rosemary Mugambi who retired after 36 years of loyal service. Maureen is a 5-time award-winning marketing and communications expert .
Joyce Wangui also rejoined the Serena team in January 2024 after a 7-and-a-half- year break, stepping into the role of Regional Sales Director.

been rethatched and all suites have new air conditioners. A new Massage/Spa bathroom and toilet has also been built.
