Our 'Out of Africa' style bush breakfasts are rightly famous in Tanzania and are considered the perfect ending to what is for most people, a once in a lifetime ballooning experience. 

At Serengeti Balloon Safaris we are always searching to further improve and develop what we do and as such we are delighted to let you know that we have been working on our Bush Breakfast experience and made some exciting changes to the menu. We believe that a truly great experience is made up of many perfectly thought out elements which come together to create a moment of a lifetime.

Full English Breakfast with a Tanzanian Twist

Scrambled eggs, grilled bacon and Cumberland pork sausage served with potato rosti, mchicha (local spinach) and sweet bush tomatoes

OR

Avocado Special A potato rosti topped with creamy avocado, katchumbari (local tomato and cucumber salad), crispy chickpeas and halloumi.

OR

African Spiced French Toast

Chai masala French toast, berry & hibiscus compote, mascarpone cheese, roasted peanuts and cashews
