Hodi Hodi Safari Bushcamp in Ruaha National Park, has announced a community collaboration which gives us custody of 16,560 acres of pristine bush around our camp, to conserve for 30 years.
That's 67 square kilometres seamlessly bordering the park's wildlife management area, which our guests can explore by car, by foot, by day and by night.
In return for leasing this beautiful piece of diverse African landscape to us and assisting with foot patrols, the community will benefit from educational and healthcare projects in two nearby villages
To recognise this landmark in our HODI HODI history, we're maintaining our 2025 FB rates next year, only raising by $20 our community contribution, resulting in an STO of $300 pppn.
With plentiful game around the camp (but no other tourists), full day safaris into the scenically dramatic Ruaha National Park which our tented rooms overlook, and a celebrated camp cuisine, we're all ready for 2026 bookings.
"There's the Tanzanian wilderness - and then there's Ruaha ... the country's best-kept safari secret ... it feels properly wild and untouched" National Geographic Traveller, November 2025.
Please contact us for full details of itineraries, and quotes for game packages and walking tours. Minimum 3 nights stay, groups of 2 to 18, open June - Dec 2026.
