Le Meridien Zanzibar set to open on Bwejuu beach in Q2 /2027

Le Méridien Zanzibar, which will be operated by Aleph Hospitality (the largest independent hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa), is on track to welcome its first guests in the second quarter of 2027. Le Méridien Zanzibar beach resort will be located in Bwejuu on the east coast and comprise 74 contemporary ooms and suites dotted on the beach, on the cliffside, and perched over the lagoon. Only a


50-minute drive from Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, the resort will feature a

speciality restaurant, an open-air bar, and recreational facilities such as spa and gym, kids

club, swimming pool and a lagoon.
