Private Game Vehicles now standard at Bushtops

A private game drive vehicle is the Bushtops standard for all non-solo bookings. Importantly, this is not just a 2026 anniversary benefit — it is confirmed for all future bookings going forward.

When they receive a booking, they will still ask agents whether their guests would like to enjoy a private vehicle or share with other guests, allowing them to plan accordingly.

For solo travellers, they will continue to combine guests with other solo travellers or guests who are happy to share. If there are no other solo travellers or guests wishing to share, a solo traveller may have sole use of a vehicle by default but this is only known on the day of the arrival.

Should a solo traveller prefer a private vehicle and requires this to be confirmed, the supplement is USD 400 for Mara Bushtops and USD 500 for Serengeti Bushtops per night.

Solo travellers do not pay a supplement for a private game drive vehicle at Roving Bushtops. Please note that airstrip transfer may occasionally be shared depending on operational requirements.

Don't forget, they now have two 6 x 6 Beests (shown above) available in Tanzania at a supplement is USD 1,000 per day and is bookable for the entire stay.
