Swahili Dreams open their first camp in Central Serengeti in June 2026

Swahili Dreams - is an authentic tented camp nestled in the stunning landscapes of the Serengeti. The camp offers a unique blend of comfort, quality service and wilderness, providing guests with an unforgettable safari experience.

This prime location is in Ikoma Historical 19 (not Ikoma in Western Serengeti) offers convenient access from both Kogatende and Seronera airstrips. It is strategically positioned along the heart of the migration corridor, making it an ideal base for those who wish to experience the incredible wildlife of the Serengeti.

The accommodation is thoughtfully designed with four doubles and a family tent to begin but will expand to 10 tents in time.  There are tailored packages for those celebrating special occasions,  and they also offer competitive group rates for parties of 8 or more guests.  

Established by Dismas Mally and Louise Richardson (who ran their own tour operator business for a number of years). Swahili Dreams is dedicated to offering guests a secluded retreat with comfortable and authentic amenities. The surrounding landscape offers stunning vistas across the sprawling plains allowing unforgettable views of the magnificent sunrises and sunsets of the Serengeti.
