TAASA Migration Camp moves to Ndutu in December

TAASA Migration Camp opened fir the first time on the 4th July in Kogatende and has enjoyed an incredible season - guests are leaving rave reviews and wildlife sightings have been nothing short of spectacular. After a highly successful stay in the north, they’ll begin their seasonal closure from 1 - 30 November 2025 as they prepare for an exciting move.

From 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026, TAASA Migration Camp will be based in the breathtaking Ndutu region, perfectly timed with the movements of the Great Migration.

December marks the start of the green season in Ndutu. After the short rains, the plains become lush and vibrant drawing in large herds of wildebeest, zebra and other grazers in search of fresh grass and safe spaces to calve. While the peak calving season typically begins in late January, early arrivals and predator activity make this an exciting time to be on safari. TAASA Migration Camp in Ndutu promises exceptional game viewing and a truly immersive experience, ideal for migration-focused itineraries.
